Marmota Engineering is a Swiss engineering company specialising in fibre-optic sensing for geotechnical and general engineering applications. Our interdisciplinary team combines expertise in civil engineering, geosciences and measurement technology.
From monitoring design and sensor installation to measurement and data interpretation, we support projects throughout the entire monitoring process. Our experience in the field allows us to develop solutions that are not only technically sound, but also practical for real-world construction and infrastructure environments.

We are not tied to specific manufacturers or products and can therefore select and combine technologies according to the requirements of each project. This allows us to provide application-specific solutions while integrating fibre optic sensing with other monitoring technologies where appropriate.
